CTAP verifies a current professional-development record across all four TAP disciplines. Candidates must hold all four current specializations, pass The TAP Capstone, and receive independent Board approval. The Capstone is an internal integrated assessment, not a standalone credential or a sixth LinkedIn certification.
The learning provider and credential issuer remain separate. OVO Academy verifies the objective record automatically. One authorized National Talent Board member controls the final approve-or-deny decision.
